3 esercizi per muscolo la prima settimana in super serie 6 - 12 - 24
òa seconda settimana 6-12-24 con recupero e la terza solo le serie per 12 con un tempo di esecuzione 3 0 4!!! che ne pensate ? io mi sto rovando abbastanza bene dimenticavo nelle altre 2 volte faccio cardio 30min..
