Si parlava di massa, in massa secondo lui il cardio va bene.
anche secondo me..condivido tutte le ragioni esposte fin qui e aggiungo che migliora la vascolarizzazione e favorisce 1 migliore composizione corporea (indicatissimo quindi x chi è tendente all'appanzamento in massa)
io il cardio non lo toglierei neanche ad un secco rachitico, per questi 2 motivi:
1 stimola l'appetito, aiuta chi è secco e ha poca fame a mangiare di più
2 aiuta a "farsi il fiato", che serve anche nel lavoro anaerobico
