Salve a tutti amici Bodybilder e amanti del fitness torno a postare dopo un po di tempo.
Allora piccola premessa, in questi ultimi mesi mi sono concesso un piccolo diversivo cioè ho fato cyclette E jogging .Per quanto rigurda il fitness ho fatto 2 volte a settimana i fondamentali cioè panca-squat-rematore-bicipiti.giusto per non perdere la tonicità.
Dunque calcolando che da 2 mesi sono fermo causa lavoro cosa mi consigliate una full-body o una classica scheda per riprendre "massa.". ??
