ma ho capito la linea guida mi piace per il fatto che focalizza l'attenzione sulle trazioni e panca piana anche se di quest'ultima ho un massimale di 75 kg dopo aver ripreso da soli 5mex.
Ho comunque necessita , ed ecco la ragione del post, di iniziare un ciclo completo forza/bulking/cutt quindi mi serve come linea guida.
