Nella mia vecchia palestra squattavo,staccavo e perfino remavo a piesdi nudi,per non parlare dei calf,rigorosamente scalzo........cmq anche nella palestra in cui mi alleno da a prile ho cominciato a fare gli esercizi scalzo e nessuno mi ha mai detto nulla.........basta usare calzini puliti e ìd eventualmente pulire qualke scia a terra ma per il resto tutto ok......anzi qualcuno ha cominciato a imitarmi........
