sarebbe meglio per far sbucare fuori più velocemente i muscoli nascosti e continuare a sollecitare per sistemare pancia ed interno-coscia ?

chiedevo se era un modo più veloce per eliminare la massa grassa, dedicarmi sto mese, casomai, solo al cardio. ci so rimasta male dopo un anno, capito ç_ç
si si ho capito intendo che non esiste il dimagrimanto localizzato, se devi perdere grasso lo perdi, con dieta e cardio, in modo costante in tutto il corpo, non c'è il modo di aumentare la perdita di grasso in determinato zone...
