io dopo lo stacco sono morto e non riesco a fare tante trazioni alla sbarra.. opto quindi per la lat.. sbaglio?
poi ovviamente rematori cn manubri e pulley..
e allora vuol dire che sono i dorsali ad essere deboli per fare trazioni libere, o sei stanco tu, non c'entra lo stacco, con lo stacco mica alleni i dorsali..
ecco, quindi cosa faccio ? continuo con le trazioni libere (io peso 86) e cerco di farne il piu possibile O faccio il piu semplice 4x8 alla lat con un peso minore (che cmq è 75kg)
