che ne pensate per aerobica di usare la corda da allenamento pre pugilistico? Premettendo che l'ho comprata ma ho seri problemi ad utilizzarla, potreste darmi qualche dritta e / o farmi capire se è veramente utile? Thanks
La corda non è un'attività aerobica : troppo intensa (a meno di non farla al rallenty ).
Potrebbe andar bene per un HIIT : che ne so ... 30 secondi e poi ti riprendi saltellucchiando sul posto (senza corda) per altri 30 ... e via così ...
