Vorrei sapere se ,in un contesto massa, dopo gli esercizi diciamo "allenanti" è corretto mettere come pumping due esercizi in superserie facendo ad esempio un 3x8 (8 rip x il 1^ esercizio e subito altre 8 x il 2^ esercizio).Oppure è preferibile fare un esercizio singolo di pump ad esempio con un 3x12 o 3x15.
