Io prediligo le flessioni tra due panche e i french-press belli pesanti.
Pesonalmente nn ho mai avuto problemi ne con il cingolo omero-scapolare(nel primo caso) ne con l'articolazione del gomito(nel secondo soprariportato)cmq OCCHIO alla corretta forma di esecuzione,specialmente per le spinte tra due panche,se fatto con un sovraccarico consistente!
