i carichi non li devi abbassare, ma tenere costanti oppure, meglio, aumentare. Devi partire "basso" alla prima serie e poi aumentare, anche con dei microcarichi.
Per le trazioni: le devi fare, stop. Mettici impegno e costanza e vengono fuori.
