Anch'io l'anno scorso a febbraio ho avuto un periodo di sovrallenamento. Ti consiglio, prima di iniziare un altro tipo di allenamento di riposare almeno una settimana (dormire soprattutto). Io ho fatto così, e ha funzionato alla grande . Anche se non sono un maschietto, questo consiglio so dartelo anch'io. Provare per credere e inizi al meglio.:cool:
