Cmq la mattina dp l'allenamento sei già a freddo e quindi le misure sn ok
Beh, in pratica ho letto che una tecnica di allenamento buona per "riattivare" li fibre muscolari in stallo. Mo non ricordo se era consigliata per brevi periodi o indicata, cioè che porta a risultati, in brevi periodi.
Apposta ho preso il metro sta mattina...e mi pareva pure poco veritiero come dato!!!
