Che ne pensi di un mini circuito per il petto il venerdì ? Ovviamente più leggero rispetto a quello del lunedì.
Non credo ne valga la pena.
Anche io ero\sono fissato con i pettorali e li allenavo molto ma purtroppo questo ha dato l'effetto indesiderato sia in termini di forza che di massa.
Allenare bene il petto 1 volta a settimana basta e avanza anche perchè indirettamete fai lavorare anche deltoidi frontali e tricipiti
