Beh, consideriamo che io mi alleno su panca lunedì e il lento dietro venerdì... il mercoledì lavoro di bicipiti, quindi muscoli antagonisti e tricipiti sforzati praticamente di niente... dunque solo la panca stretta credo non li solleciti abbastanza, discorso diverso se allenavo petto e tricipiti in un unica sessione... o no?
Io per esempio non ho nessun esercizio focale per i tricipiti.
Dopotutto faccio panca piana e distensioni sopra la testa con manubri e non ce n'è più bisogno, poi i tricipiti completamente di fibbre bianche sono troppo facili da modellare e far crescere naturalmente rispetto ad un altro muscolo.
