Ps a volte quando parlo cosi' sembro pure serio...
nn credo sia l amedesima, quando si fa squat ad alte rip il bil lo tieni sempre sulle spalle quindi nn c'e' un momento di "vera pausa", negli stacchi onde evitare il cedimento della presa lo si poggia in terra per riprendere fiato, quindi in pratica secondo me c'e' un momento in cui l'organismo si riposa per pur breve possa essere.
