La prima posso accettarla, le altre 2 spero di no.Comunque mi sono messo a fare un paio di calcoli e in effetti la mia dieta attuale è ad alto contenuto di carboidrati..circa 250 grammi al giorno.Non mangio schifezze, però alimenti ad alto contenuto di zuccheri si.In parte per l' idea che bisognasse mangiar tanto per fare massa, in parte perchè cerco di mangiare legumi per assumere proteine.Si, decisamente ho molto da imparare..dopo do un occhiata al forum.
