Se le metti nella tabella dorsali/bicip. mettili dopo il rematore
altrimenti li puoi mettere dopo gli stacchi nella tabella C.
Di solito se faccio gli stacchi, faccio le scrollate contemporaneamente allo allo stacco..
cioe' estendo le gambe e alla fine del movimento tiro su le spalle..
