sera ragazzi visti i vari problemi avuti a spalla e gomito il petto è rimasto indietro rispetto al resto soprattutto dorsali quindi essendo antagonisti i 2 muscoli la differenza risalta ancor più!!! stavo pensando di fare un mesetto o anche 2 di specializzazione in modo da recuperare un pò terreno perso cosa proponete?? non intendo la scheda vera e propria vorrei solo sapere frequenza volume di allenamento esclusivamente x il petto...risp please
