Sono carente per quanto riguarda i muscoli del petto...eseguo sempre panca piana e panca inclinata oppure le spinte in panca piana e inclinata. Poi dopo questi esercizi,faccio le croci e i cavi alti...ma anche il pull over a volte.
Mi potete suggerire esercizi sostitutivi ma equivalenti ai cavi alti e alle croci per favore?
