Scusa Riky,ma quando dici si strilla mi vengono in mente gli urli ke fanno certe signorine quando vedono un ragno io direi si urla e si grugnisce....è più macho
in alcune palestre in usa (importanti, in partioclare in california) hanno appeso dappertutto cartelli con scritto: "vietato urlare durante gli esercizi"
quindi non si puo' piu grugnire
