Guarda fatti una ricerca con le parole
addome-addominali-abs etc etc probabilmente trovi qualcosa come mille 3ed diversi dove alle tue domande è già stata data risposta. Stessa cosa per i giorni di allenamento,che poi sono completamente soggettivi.
