Secondo me sostituire leg ext e curl con lo squat penso sia solo un bene....se vuoi dare maggior enfasi ai quadricipiti puoi fare il front squat, per i femorali ci sono gli stacchi a gambe tese, oppure strepitosi sarebbero degli sprint su brevi distanze....

il leg curl sostituiscilo con quello che propone yashiro qualche 3ed più giù ottimo il leg extension avevo trovato una versione casalinga..ma è un pò complicato e poi.. dacci dentro con lo squat
