ma da quello ke so io la forza esplosiva la si allena cn cariki bassi-medio bassi... quindi anke il 20-30% del massimale, al max il 50 % ..con ripetizioni portate alla sfinimento ed eseguite nel modo piu veloce possibile...a livello di esercizi..nn saprei indicarti con precisione...
