e amo questi gruppi muscolari..
E' lontano dal pettorale, ma non ciò toglie che le assimmetrie che hai tra le braccia non si trasmettano anche alla tecnica di esecuzione e quindi ai pettorali.
Cmq senza foto e video nulla si può dire di certo.
