mmm diciamo di si e no... dovresti fare esercizi per parte opposta in superserie o muscoli opposti, tipo bicipiti+tricipiti oppure quadricipiti+femorali, crunch+lombari e cosi via.
oppure se vuoi seguire la via del pha in maniera cmq nn precisa fai un esercizio dalla testa al petto, uno di core (addome lombari obliqui) e uno dal pube in giu... (magari in ordine sotto sopra centro)
