non sarei cosi categorico. .dopo il WO il cardio non intenso aiuta la riperfusione cardiaca, dopo molti sforzi a glottide chiusa ( che non e' in se' molto benefica. .)questo è vero
e poi il consumo di grassi e' maggiore in virtu' della grande quantita' di catecolamine circolanti e acidi grassi.
Io lo faccio sempre e aiuta molto, sia in termini di composizione corporea, salute cardiaca, recupero. .
qui si discute sul fatto se pregiudichi i processi di sintesi proteica...
in parole povere se fare cardio dopo i pesi x la mera massa sia meglio o no...
