ciao..da un pò di tempo non riesco a fare bene le parallele,poichè non appena arrivo a 90° con le braccia sento un dolore lieve alla schiena..secondo voi cosa può essere?devo rafforzare la schiena con altri esercizi?
Non credo sia una questione di muscoli della schiena in quanto con le parallele sono sollecitati veramente poco!
Ma senti male al muscolo o alle "ossa" per intenderci!?!?
