ciao ragazzi non sfottetemi x questa domanda che x voi potrebbe essere assurda dato che la conoscete benissimo!....ero proprio curioso di sapere visto che non lo so se il muscolo al livello di massa cresce subito dopo l'allenamento,poco dopo (max 1-2 giorni) o diversi giorni dopo....grazie!
PS=ripeto non prendetemi in giro!
esiste la finestra anabolica subito post workout in cui il muscolo ha NECESSITà ASSOLUTA di nutrimenti,altrimenti non si ripara e catabolizza.....poi la supercompensazione avviene nei 1-3 giorni successivi
