Salve, io per rimanere in forma durante le vacanze, ho pensato di fare in questo modo: Un circuito formato da 2x8 allenando 3 muscoli a settimana ( Esempio: I Settimana Petto, Bicipiti e Tricipiti, II Settimana: Spalle, Dorsali e gambe). Che ne dite?
