Io mangio sempre pre-wo 2 mele (circa 20-30min dal wo) e devo dire che mi trovo benissimo: magari c'avessi provato prima
,l'ho fatto per molto tempo anch'io.
Ora invece vado con una banana (o mela se non cè la banana) durante il wo insieme a 20gr di malto sciolte nella bottiglia.
ma e obbligatorio il pasto pre wo??? io faccio spuntino alle 11 con proteine e carbo e alle 12 30 in palestra.... qindi???
No va bene anzi,pasto solido 2-3 ore pre wo e puoi fare benissimo a meno di fare un pre wo.
Tutto dipende da come si digerisce e da come ci si allena meglio.
