Mi capita alcune volte di fare la mattina alle ore 10 circa l'allenamento in sala pesi per poi la sera alle ore 20.00 circa iniziare a fare l'allenamento di calcio...
Faccio male? Cosa puo' comportare tutto cio'?
Ovviamente seguo una dieta e se la mattina faccio gambe la sera non faccio allenamento!
