mhaaa,ma all'inzio della palestra nei primi tempi riuscivo a mal pena ad alzare 10kg,adesso invece alzo anke 40kg(ad esempio nei quadricipi o 30 nei pettorali!)
Il miglioramento c'è ok,però oltre al peso ke si alza in palestra bisogna anke cercare di aumentare il prorpio peso corporeo e puoi farlo soltanto mangiando parekkio
