Nelle alzate laterali porti il gomito all'altezza della spalla formando un ideale angolo di 90° tra il busto e il braccio
Io lo eseguo allo stesso modo, cioè formando un angolo di 90° circa tra braccio e busto, ovviamente cosi facendo il gomito andrà più in alto della linea della spalla
