l'ultimo allenamento ho aumentato i carichi ma non sono riuscito a fare le rep che avevo stabilito(ne ho fatte 6 invce che 8 la prima serie e 4 la seconda),é uno stallo o é colpa della dieta ?
se é colpa della dieta mi convine mantenere costante il carico o continuare la progressione e fare meno rep?
