Per curiosità volevo sapere chi di voi utilizza i microcarichi o le gemme quelli da 250gr o 125gr. Ritengono siano molto utili ma difficili da trovare, su olympyans costano una barca. Io sono riuscito solo a trovare dischetti da 500gr.

Io non gli ho usati che da qualche mese...li reputo non utili ma indispensabili... a volte cado in stallo perche' invece di aggiungere 1/2 kg aggiungo 2 kg...sono errori che dico di non volere rifare ma che puntualmente rifaccio per colpa del'ego
