VI faccio una domanda in topic: attualmente arrivo a 35 per lato + il bilanciere (quindi 82kg) di panca, con un piramidale (35 l'ultima delle quattro serie, 6 ripetizioni) eppure boh, lo spacco in mezzo si vede, ma non è largo come vorrei...non so se mi spiego; vorrei allargarlo e dargli una forma a V per intenderci! (Ho le spalle piuttosto larghe)
