ho visto che consigli spesso le trazioni negative.
vorrei sepere come mai consigli proprio queste e non magari le normali trazioni o per chi non riesce a farle ancora al meglio (io per ex) la lat machine??

Semplicemente perchè in fase negativa si è più forti del 40% rispetto a qualla positiva!
Tutti possono fare trazioni discendenti in 10 secondi!
Arriva a fare 10-12 e riuscirai a sollevarti per 3-6 volte!
Inoltre, sono un esercizio eccezionale, perchè ti permettono di aumentare i carichi in modo superveloce.......in pochi mesi mi sono ritorvato con 50 kg legati in vita!
