però sai quanti infortuni ci sono stati anche con lo squat libero?!?!
adesso faccio solo le macchine per le gambe senza squat, e evito alcuni esercizi che caricano molto la colonna.
Poi è chiaro che devo essere onesto, sono alto 1,86 x 76 kg e non ho un'ossatura molto robusta, quindi non penso di essre molto portato per lo squat.. ma questo l'ho capito solo dopo
