questa settimana sno stato male e mi sono allenato solo lunedì...ads sto meglio ma ho ancora un po di tosse e raffreddore...che cosa fare? stare fermo fino al prossimo lunedì per ristabilirsi copletamente o cercare di non perdere foraza ed andare cmq in palestra? premetto che oltre ai due sintomi sovracitati sto bene...
lascia perdere.
l'allenamento potrebbe causarti una ricaduta. finchè il sistema immunitario non si è ristabilito a livelli quasi ottimali non è il caso di spingere con i pesi, ti indebolirebbe.
