raga in palestra ieri hanno inserito un altra sbarra per le trazioni,quella a cui di solito mi appendo io e' tutta diritta,mentra la nuova alla fine fa a scendere(non so se e' chiaro).ch differenza c'e' a livello di coinvolgimento muscolare?credete che sia piu' naturale quella diritta o questa come movimento?
interessa anche a me...nella palestra dove andavo era a scendere solo che era troppo larga la presa per me,quindi mi aggrappavo alla parte dritta
forse se e' a scendere facilita il miglior allenamento del dorso...
