Poi sta a te vedere se vuoi fare una scheda ABCD, oppure ABAB.
Comunque un buon compromesso tra massa e forza può essere una scheda da 5x5
ragazzi nn ci crederete ma mi alleno da un anno a 6 volte e credo di avere trovato un buon compromesso ma volevo scendere a 5 per andare a 4 nel periodo natalizio...
