ciao a tutti, vorrei delle informazioni riguardo l'allenamento in palestra. Io pratico ciclismo e come preparazione invernale per 2 mesi mi hanno detto di fare palestra per aumentare la forza, non quella resistente che farò in bici. Ma quale è l'allenamento migliore? a che percentuale bisogna lavorare? Sono meglio le ripetizioni e serie o a circuito?
