Domanda dato che il venerdi è abbastanza meno intenso degli altri giorni se mi faccio a rotazione un esercizio o 2 a ruotare. per esempio trazioni e rematore una settimana e panca + croci, è da considerarsi una stronz*ta ? Inoltre invertire i giorni cosi
