cambia e come, a presa stretta inversa è piu semplice, cmq a presa larga ora che peso 74 kg ne faccio 15 con le ultime 2 fatte stortine, quando peso sugli 80 scarsi al massimo una decina
A presa larga e prona ne farò una decina suppongo, forse 12 prima di cacare il cuore. Peso 81 kg ora. Ma sono strano, quando ne pesavo 90 facevo 4 rep con 30 kg di zavorra!
Io ho provato in estate 2009, avevo 14 anni, ho tirato su 70 per 4 volte, pesavo 59kg ed ero alto 1.71 . ora non sò quanto potrei tirare su... ovviamente era la prima volta che andavo in palestra
Prone a cedimento non le faccio mai..qualche volta ho fatto 1x20 ma ancora qualcuna in canna la avevo..supine 50 di sovraccarico x 3 (peso quasi 80 kg)
