scusate , ma è obbligatorio fare gli esercizi x la skiena (tipo "flessioni del gatto, ecc..) ....mi spiego meglio ,è necessario farli anche x chi non ha problemi alla skiena???...vi dico questo perche io prima li facevo sempre prima di iniziare l allenamento ,ma nonostante cio ,comunque quando sbagliai posizione con la skiena mentre mi allenavo i dorsali alla "barra t" comunque x 4 mesi ho sofferto di lombalgia ,...........grazie
meno male ,..credevo che col tempo si soffriva di ernia al disco
un'ernia al disco dipende da molti fattori! certamente avere la zona lombare e in generale la schiena "elastica" aiuta a decomprimere le vertebre e ad allontanare una possibile ernia
