ogni settimana forse no ma sicuramente ha senso variare gli esercizi della propria scheda in modo fermo, (ogni 3 settimane circa)
altrimenti il muscolo si abitua e diventa pigro
mi chiedevo una cs,ha senso cambiare ogni settimana i complementari,esempio bicipiti;

Questo allenamento per molti versi è simile al cosiddetto "allenamento eclettico" (così "codificato" su qualche testo Weider) ; secondo me può essere interessante, se non altro perchè non ci si "annoia" con gli stessi esercizi...
