guarda all'inizio x il petto puoi fare le flessioni cn le gambe su un rialzo(una sedia va bene) x prendere confidenza cn l'allenamento, però poi ti dovrai iscrivere in palestra e farti insegnare gli exercizi base se vuoi crescere
