Non saprei...di sicuro finisci per mischiare gli stimoli...è un po'come la corda...alla fine superi la soglia target alla quale dovresti allenarti e fai un ibrido aero-anaerobico...per cui meglio forse qualcos'altro che tenga a battiti costanti.
l'importante nn è l'attività quanto la tua frequenza cardiaca...se riesci a mantenerla costante al 60%-65% rispetto al max frequenza (220 - l'età) tirando calci sei ok....
