allora la scheda di base non è male, ma è meglio se modifichi qualcosina:
-petto fai prima serie 8-6-6-4
-bicipiti lascia stare il cavo e usa il bil dritto e varia le rip, magari fai primo es 8-6-4, secondo 10, terzo 12
-squat al multy è meglio che lo lasci stare (fai degli affondi piuttosto), anche la leg ext non farla per ora
-spalle al multy stessa cosa....fai lento avanti con manubri o bil
-dorsali lascia stare la lat mach, e abbassa, variandole, le rip
-tricipiti stessa cosa e inserisci magari le dip
